if u're following the recording then the key is in Eb so no half step down..and your chords are off intro goes Eb - F# - Ab - Bb verse goes Eb - F# - Ab - Bb - B - C# - AbAbAb - BbBbBb - Eb bridge goes Ab - Eb - Fmaj - Bb-Ab the chord progression for the song basically goes like this

either your chords are right or its in dropped tuning..not both. i think andrewho is more right with his chords
