wow, you guys seriously dicked this up.
Tuning Open D minor DADFAD, you can tell it's d minor because he hits that open F string throughout the intro.
Chords are
Bb minor 8th fret
Bb minor variation (888088)
D# minor 1st fret
F minor 3rd fret
F minor modified chord (don't know how to spell it) (333301)
He holds the top three down with the thumb and the bottom three with the ring finger. For the modified F he holds the top 4 (maybe 5) with the thumb.
Verse switches between the Bb and D#
Turnaround goes like Bb to F to F modified back to Bb

It may look like he's doing a change while playing the F minor, before the modified F, but to me it just looks like he's performing a mute.
