Sounds great played this way without the capo except for this part:
-----------
Am G
Ain't no sunshine when she's gone
C
And she's always gone too long.
G Am E-G-Am (mute)
Anytime she goes away
---------
To my ears, it should be
---------
Am G
Ain't no sunshine when she's gone
F
And she's always gone too long.
Am E-G-Am (mute)
Anytime she goes away
------------
Love the song tho!

The intro/verse is close, but there are some errors throughout the rest of the song. The corrections Thudster posted aren't it, either.
I uploaded a new version with the correct chords.

Since the song is written in A minor, the E chord is supposed to be E minor, the E major chord doesn't fit. The reason is the Am key is just the relative minor of C, the key of C (or Am) doesn't have any #'s or b's... so it's all white keys on a piano.
