This is spot on. I'm guessing the F# means G with an F# root (G/F#), to run down into the Em? That's how I play it anyway.
A C/B inbetween the C and the D chords sound good too, although I dunno if that's what they play in the song.
Makes for a lovely acoustic version. Well tabbed!

Everything is good, apart from the F#, perhaps it is Bm, sounds better.
