AFTER WATCHING THEM LIVE THE GUITAR IS TUNED TO DROP-D# The "3" is OPEN

Hello? Who cares. There's quite a few songs on this album that aren't in drop C anyways. Play it the way you want to. If it matters so much, then tab this song yourself.

I met nick hipa at warped tour this summer and he told me within destruction is standard half step down. besides already realizing it from ear, you people should try and build your guitar "ears" and not automatically assume a band will always use the same tuning for every album:p
