This prelude is mainly influenced by J.S. Bach's
preludes in C major, d minor and f minor from 'Das
Wohltemperierte Klavier Teil I'. In spite of the great
variety of harmonies used in it, I would count it as
rather easy to play (maybe too easy, or resembling the
mentioned preludes too crudely - so: It can be seen as
a practise on/of modulation...).
I think your notation would be clearer if you wrote flowing 8th notes with legato lines and pedal indications. That would make reading it a lot easier, rather than the method you used.
