It is intended to introduce young players to the contemporary compositional practices of graphic notation, tone clusters, free time, improvisation, odd meters, and extended techniques. The tongue-in-cheek finale (along with the title) is a musical tip of the hat to the composer's longtime friend, David R. Holsinger.
