English.png English translation

Behold, my advocate is with you, God the Father.
behold, the great high priest who is not a stranger to blood sacrifice,
who is glorious through giving his own blood.
Behold a holy and perfect sacrifice,
offered and accepted it in the odour of sanctity.
Behold a lamb without blemish, who was silent in the presence of the shearers,
who suffered blows, was spat upon,
who suffered reproaches, yet opened not his mouth.
For one who did no sin, bore our sins,
and who heals us through his sufferings.
Through this supreme Mediator, Priest and Saviour
Hear us, o most merciful Father.
