Meinau Rag was written in honour of my 8 month stay in La Meinau, a suburb of Strasbourg, while teaching English at the nearby Hotellery School - it was one of several "ragtimes", a style I experimented with on the guitar at that time. The pdf file contains the score and separate parts. The sound sample is a live performance by the composer with Chris Benson on cello. recorded in the 1970s.
